ClaimFairly does not store what you type into its calculators. Here is what little data the site collects and why.
Short version: the numbers and details you type into our calculators never leave your device. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number to use any tool.

What you type into calculators
All calculators, including the demand letter generator, run entirely in your web browser. Nothing you enter is sent to our server, saved in a database or shared with anyone. When you close the page, it is gone. PDFs are created on your own device.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not collect personal information.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running. These logs are not used to identify you.
If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply. We do not add you to any list.
Advertising
If we show ads through Google AdSense or a similar network, those partners may use cookies to show and measure ads, including ads based on your interests. You can control personalized ads in Google's Ad Settings and learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. We will update this page before any ads are turned on.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can use every tool without giving us any personal information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Data security
Because the calculators do not send or store what you type, there is no calculator data on our servers to protect or leak. The site is served over HTTPS. If we ever add a feature that stores information, such as a newsletter, this policy will be updated first to explain what is collected and why.
